MoovManage – Monitor, Control, Track and Monetize

MoovManage is a hosted management service that allows you to remotely monitor and configure a network of Moovbox devices, control user access to Wi-Fi services, and receive real-time reporting on device status, performance, usage and location. MoovManage runs on fully-redundant servers within the Icomera data center – you simply pay a low-cost monthly fee for the service and access it securely via a web broswer. MoovManage is supported on the M200 and F100 products.

Monitor

MoovManage shows the status of all your Moobox devices wherever they may be, including uptime and WAN signal quality, and key settings information retrieved remotely from each device. Monitor in real-time using the at-a-glance Dashboard, or drill down to device-specific information.

Control

MoovManage offers Wi-Fi hotspot user registration and usage statistics reporting via a built-in RADIUS AAA server, and provides a quick and simple way to get a portal-based Wi-Fi service up and running. See who's connected to your network and when, to which Moovbox and for how long; understand network usage trends over time; monitor uploads and downloads per session and over time to assess WAN bandwidth consumption.

Track

MoovManage offers an optional GPS-based real-time location and survey service available only for the Moovbox M Series Mobile Broadband Gateway. Track offers a low-cost, web-based method for tracking your Moovbox M Series and the vehicle in which it's located. Each Moovbox sends its GPS co-ordinates at a pre-set interval over the 3G/4G cellular connection to MoovManage where you can view the device's position and bearing on a moving map. In addition, Track measures and reports the WAN signal quality along any given route so that you can assess celular data coverage in any area.

Monetize

MoovManage features a optional advertising module that enables you to display targeted marketing messages to Wi-Fi hotspot users. MoovManage Ads allows you to create and manage advertising campaigns from within the MoovManage interface; upload ad banners, assign target URLs, track click-throughs. Whether displaying your own ad messages, or delivering sponsored links and paid-for advertising, MoovManage Ads provides a way to monetize your Wi-Fi service and help underwrite the cost of deployment.

MoovAdmin

With MoovAdmin you configure an individual Moovbox for use via a secure browser-based interface, connected either through the Ethernet port on the device itself or remotely over a network or public Internet. MoovAdmin enables you to control every aspect of the device, including firmware updates, settings upload, and SNMP configuration for third party networking monitoring tools such as HP OpenView or Castle Rock SNMPc.

MoovAdmin is included with every Moovbox M200 and F100 product.
