From April 17th – 19th, Icomera will be exhibiting at SmartRail Europe in Amsterdam.
SmartRail Europe is the annual show focusing on creating the digital railway of the future. The show is split into congresses on data & asset management, communications & control networks, and the passenger experience. Over 350 attendees and more than 80 speakers are expected to attend.
During the event, Mats Karlsson, Head of Innovation at Icomera, will be hosting a roundtable discussion on the subject of delivering uninterrupted internet connectivity for rail journeys. The session will begin at 16.50 on Tuesday 17th April. In addition, Mats will be participating in a panel discussion on the topic “What’s next for railway communications networks?”. This will take place at 11.55 am on Wednesday 18th April.
Icomera’s passenger Wi-Fi service has been installed on thousands of trains, buses, coaches, trams and water vehicles across the globe, serving millions of passengers every week. Beyond Passenger Wi-Fi, Icomera routers are used to provide a range of onboard services including Infotainment, Real-time Information and CCTV.
