Icomera is all set to exhibit at the UITP Summit 2019, taking place in Stockholm on 9th – 12th June. Hosted in Sweden, home to Icomera’s global headquarters, this year’s event will feature 350 exhibitors from around the world and promises to attract more than 20,000 visitors.
Having recently celebrated the news that it has reached a milestone 1 billion Passenger Wi-Fi sessions on buses, the Icomera team at UITP will showcase its fast, reliable and secure industry-leading mobile connectivity platform, which is already installed on more than 30,000 vehicles across the globe.
Icomera provides its clients with a simple, cost-effective solution by running multiple, resource-intensive virtual applications from a single piece of hardware onboard a vehicle; this reduces the costs and complications associated with installing unnecessary additional hardware and software. Seamlessly deployable across trains, coaches, buses and ferries, Icomera’s ITxPT-recognised multi-modal platform also helps attract more passengers to use public transport, contributing to a world which is smarter, safer and greener for everyone.
Those interested in finding out more about Icomera’s services at the UITP Summit are encouraged to meet the team on the ENGIE Ineo stand (A2036), alongside ENGIE colleagues from Navineo, Ineo Rail and Ineo Scle SFE. On Monday June 10th, the first full day of the show, visitors are encouraged to join for an informal drinks event, which will be hosted on the stand between 17:30 and 18:30.
