There will also be presentations on using modern technology to best effect for example social networking media which recent research has shown can be very beneficial in communicating with customers but is not used by a large proportion of small businesses.
The format of the Conference programme will be very similar to the 2011 event which proved to be very successful, with a mix of useful and informative presentations, but plenty of time for networking and visiting the trade stands.
