Arriva UK Bus has announced an investment programme to facilitate a major upgrade of its fleet during the next 12 months, worth in excess of £45million.
The plan will involve a three stage roll-out of over 230 new carbon-efficient buses equipped with Wi-Fi, improving new and existing routes while supporting the business’ on-going commitment to strengthen operational efficiency.
Since the start of 2013, Arriva has nearly trebled the number of new low-carbon vehicles distributed throughout its UK regional businesses.
