Icomera will be exhibiting at APTA Bus and Paratransit Conference in North Carolina, US, on 17th May 2016.
Following on closely from a successful programme of international events, such as the 2016 APTA Fare Collection and TransITech Conference in San Diego, and IT-Trans in Germany, the conference will see Icomera take its message of The Connected Journey to US bus and paratransit system employees and managers, board members, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and consultants. Gabriel Lopez-Bernal, Key Account Manager for Icomera US, will be speaking about ‘Passenger Wi-Fi: An Essential Onboard Service’ at the ITS session from 10 – 11.15am on Wednesday May 18.
The Connected Journey is a revolution in transport powered by a new generation of digital infrastructure. Supported by Icomera’s high-performance wireless Internet connectivity, and a range of services that run seamlessly through this connectivity, The Connected Journey has many benefits for transport operators and the wider public, ultimately improving the onboard experience and attracting new passengers.
Icomera’s successful products designed specifically for the bus market have been deployed globally, and make up 100% of the high-end UK bus Wi-Fi market.
Icomera will be exhibiting at Booth 219 and will be joined by Drivec, who provide tracking for energy-efficient driving. They will present their innovative technology solution for buses which makes full use of Icomera’s Internet connectivity.
