Icomera will be exhibiting at the Railway Interiors Expo in Prague, Czech Republic, this Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th November. Icomera will be attending with solution partner Passengera s.r.o., the new daughter company of longstanding partner Simac Technik. Together they will be presenting their latest onboard infotainment platform for public transport providers.
In 2012, Icomera and Simac delivered a combined passenger Wi-Fi and onboard infotainment solution for Czech Railways’ Pendolino trains. The system was a great success, and is now being upgraded and extended to other trains.
Railway Interiors Expo is an international showcase of everything within a railcar, from seating and materials, lighting, washroom facilities and flooring to composites, infotainment systems and security concepts.
The international show, which was launched in 2004 and has helped advance design, technology and safety ever since, is the best opportunity for rail operators, design consultants and carriage makers to see the latest interior technological, material and service developments and innovations.
