Icomera, the world’s leading provider of mobile Internet connectivity for public transport, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristin Arby as its new Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) and a member of the company’s Global Management Team.
Kristin will be based at Icomera’s headquarters in her home city of Gothenburg, Sweden, where Icomera launched the world’s first on-train Wi-Fi service with national operator SJ back in 2003.
Kristin’s career began with the Stena Metal Group, where she held various leadership roles, gaining extensive experience in HR, work environment and leadership development. Most recently, Kristin served as Director of HR at Emerson.
Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree in work science with a focus on sociology and international work life studies from Borås University and Gothenburg University. She is also a professionally certified coach and has a certificate in Change Management.
