The North America team just got stronger.
Icomera US Inc., the world’s leading provider of wireless connectivity solutions for public transport, is pleased to announce Jackie Morales has joined as Senior Project Manager for North America.
With degrees in engineering and project management combined with almost 20 years of project management experience in the rail and bus industries, Jackie brings a wealth of knowledge to our customers that will only strengthen the North America team. She will be responsible for providing project leadership to ensure customer goals are met while adhering to cost, schedule, and quality expectations.
Prior to joining Icomera, Jackie worked at Motorola for eleven years and Nomad Digital for six years responsible for the implementation and management of telecommunication and information technology products and services in highly competitive, fast-paced environments.

Jackie’s career has been focused on building long-term partnerships with key customers, and she continually sets a foundation based in relationship management. Alongside managing scopes and schedules, Jackie is known as a secondary chief relationship manager, maintaining the customer-partner relationship from project kick-off to project renewal.
She is known in the industry to be forthright and assertive. Her open and honest communication approach ensures customers always receive an excellent service.
“Jackie has extensive internal team management experience in leading a diverse and geographically dispersed team to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives. In today’s remote work environment, this skill is critical, and we are so thankful to have Jackie spearhead fast-moving, technology investment projects for transportation operators,” says Gardezi.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with family and friends in her hometown of Frederick, Maryland.
