Ultan Courtney, one of the new bosses at Dublin Bus says they’re doing everything they can to make their customers happy. Courtney told politicians yesterday that he is looking at ways of generating additional income for Dublin Bus but said that won’t be through putting up prices.
When asked by politicians if that would mean charging for other things, such as Wi-Fi on buses, Courtney said that he did not think so. “I don’t think there’s any plan or proposal to charge for Wi-Fi – it’s been too successful for us, and we want to keep our customers happy”.
